Scope of Work - Infill Petrarch Cladding, Lifting Petrarch Fins, Balustrades
Challenges - High wind conditions lifting 300kg fins across 3 blocks creating safety risks
Solutions - Lift were carefully reprogrammed around weather windows. Additional lifting controls, and clear communication between teams

Challenges - Taking a job after someone else who fail to deliver on time, meant we had to push hard to get back on programme
Solutions - Working as a team and strategically plan ahead the best way to over come the delayes.

OUTCOME: Delivered over 400m2 of cold roof Standing Seam Vieo in just 2 weeks. Delivered over 270m2 of Wall Standing seam in just under 7 days.
